Reincarnage by Ryan Harding and Jason Taverner
Reincarnage by Ryan Harding and Jason Taverner was received direct from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. I went into this book with very high hopes after some of the praise reaped upon it. The book does have a serial killer/mass murderer (yes he was both, look it u- if you don’t believe me), that is walled in for his and our protection. Occasionally people go inside the wall for adventure or the government or others put them inside the wall to fight to survive, which is what happened with this group. If you liked the Friday the 13th type movies from the 80’s, that is what this book is paying homage to. However, it tends to drag down with, the book though, to me, I know “to me” is very subjective, seemed to have much promise that fell flat due to entirely too much inane dialogue instead of action. If you read my other reviews, you will know that my attention span is short and too much dialogue that seems to go nowhere cause me to skim and thus the book loses points. Don’t let me short attention span drag you down and not buy this book, unless you said “I am the same way” when reading my review. Most people who read my books or stories complain that I don’t write enough dialogue, so the whole different strokes for different folks things is alive and well.
