Covenant by Allan Leverone was received direct from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. Covenant starts out quickly, with a purpose and rarely lets up in this haunted house plus more story. Covenant is a quick read and rarely bogs down. While Covenant is a haunted house story, it is not the typical one, with some criminal investigation thrown in by a hard boiled detective. If you like this author or POed ghost stories, this is one to give a try. 4 stars
