Book Haven and Other Curiosities by Mark Allen Gunnels was received as an advance review copy at no cost and without obligation from the publisher. This particular author I had never read before so I went into this novel with no predispositions. I must say, the author can write, but did not really choose to do so with these stories as most ended too abruptly for my tastes. 3.25 stars
