Broken Chain by Lisa Von Biela was received direct from the publisher in exchange for this review. This author is always hit or miss for me. This particular book, while not being "boring," was a miss for me. I pay attention to GMO's and I am cognizant that they are probably harming us all. This book, about that same subject just never "grabbed me." I am impressed that the author is a former IT person now lawyer but seems to know what she is writing about in her medical type thrillers. If you like the author or pandemic type novels, please grab this book.
