Run from Nightmare by Maxine O'Callaghan

Run from Nightmare by Maxine O'Callaghan was received direct from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. Run From Nightmare (YES! that is the title), is a part of a series of Private Investigator novels I had never heard of on their first run. The Private Investigator is also a female in this series. The book starts out strong and continues strong, never slowing down and getting, dare I say it, boring. The book is written in the “old timey,” private investigator novels form “here’s lookin’ at you kid.” And, in the way I like to read, no one is particularity nice in this tale. As people tend to be, everyone is out for themselves and the PI has to “peel the proverbial onion,” in order to solve this missing person case. If you like anything I mentioned in this review, this may well be a book you should pick up, read and enjoy. It is part of a series I will be searching out and reading.
