Brothers in Arms by Philip McCormack was received direct from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. The book starts out very promising from the first sentence and then never disappoints as it moves along at a blinding speed. Then, combined with dialogue like "you shot me you !@#$ owl hoot," the reader almost HAS to keep reading. While I rarely give plot details in my reviews, I will say a promise made to a dying man leads to a blood soaked adventure which reeks of revenge and justice. There may be even some local politics gone awry toward the end. If you like westerns or even just books that move along and never let up, give this one a try.
