Chills by Mary Sangiovanni

Chills by Mary Sangiovanni was received direct from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. This author and her writings are always hit or miss for me meaning some of her works I love, others not so much. This particular book started out real fast then slowed down immensely with character development. Many people love a lot of character development in a book, nd this author is a master at this type of prose. I personally start to skim when there is no action for exteneded amounts of time. As the book picks up steam, we learn about a cult and some "things" the cult has called from one world into ours. All of this combined with the seemingly never ending snow that keeps falling, leads to an interesting ending. 3 Stars
