A Winter of Wolves by Mark Rainier was received direct from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. The book touts itself as a Jeff Trask crime drama, I had never heard of the author or Jeff Trask so I went in "cold." The book started out at top speed at the Lincoln Memorial, yeah that one, in DC and continues in amazingly true fashion with how justice works in the "real world." If you like true crime type stories as wells as hunts for terrorists in the Washington DC area, this may well be the book for you. 4 stars
