The Good Sisters by Helen Phifer

The Good Sisters by Helen Phifer was received direct from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. The book seems to be part of a series of books, though it was a stand alone read, there was no need to read others from the series to enjoy this one. Imagine moving into an old and unoccupied house that Doesn't seem to want you there. We have all seen a movie or read a book based on that premise. The Good Sisters takes this premise and runs with it, weaving a creepy, chilling, romantic though not gruesome tale, that almost seems more a young adult book due to the authors writing style. If you or someone you buy gifts for likes spooky haunted house tales, give this one a try. 4 Stars
