The Lovecraft Squad: All Hallows' Horrors by John Llewelyn ProBert was received direct from the publisher. My first impression of this book was due to the over descriptions of things by the author in the first chapter. This almost turned me off reading the book entirely, though rest assured this was a short lived part of the book. Based upon the title, I assume this book is the first of a a series. Now, about the book: the book intertwined the modern era with enough Lovecraftian elements to keep it interesting for Lovecraft fans. For other horror fans, Lovecraft is not the only element in this book. 3 Stars
