Frozen Shadows and Other Chilling Stories by Gene O’Neill was received direct from the publisher. I had never heard of this author, though apparently he is quite established. Crystal Lake Publishing puts out consistently good horror, so I gave this one a shot and was not disappointed, even though his“horror” is not horrific enough, give me 1980’s splatter anytime. This authors stories read well I would obtain more of his works. 3.5 stars rounded to 4
