CHUD Lives! A Tribute Anthology compiled by Eric S. Brown is a book I was REAAALLLY looking forward to. Growing up in the 1980’s, me and my friends saw the movie this book is based on, every chance we got (OK, still do). The stories in this book were written by lovers of the movie and I found not one to be what I would deem substandard. If you or someone you buy gifts for like CHUD or want to be introduced to Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers, or creature fiction that takes place in a major cities subway system, grab this up, read it and enjoy it. 5 stars
