They Feed by Jason Parent was received direct from the publisher. A creature driven novel taking place in the woods, how awesome can you get. I am a 1980's, Grade B horror movie aficionado. As such, I loved this book, mostly. I say mostly because other reviewers have talked about this book being character driven, to me, that means boring at timers, which causes me to skim thorough, which I did in this book. However creatures with big teeth and gore will cause me to recommend this book to those who like those type of stories, especially if you are going camping anytime soon.
