Terra Insanus by Edward Lee

Terra Insanus by Edward Lee was received direct from the publisher in exchange for this review. It was nice to see a book by Mr. Lee again, seems he has been off the grid for awhiles. Anyway Terra Insanus is, as other reviewers have stated, four short stories that trademark how I see Mr. Lee, unflinching and unapologetic. I will not go into the merits of each story, however The Sea Slop Thing surprised me with its “chorizo sausage loving, gold turds, that I did not see that coming.” If you are a Lee fan, this will not disappoint. If you are not a Lee fan and open to new things, give this book a try. If you think Goosebumps pushes the edge, then keep moving, this is not for you. Deadite Press does it right again with this novel.
